How It Works?
Step 1
Communicate with Merchant directly to resolve the issue. If the resolution is unsatisfactory, please contact Axaipay within 14 days after the last correspondence from the Merchant.
Step 2
Provide all information related to your order including but not limited to receipts, photos, product description published by merchant, third party evaluations, written correspondences with the Merchant. Axaipay may ask for more documents and information based on case basis.

Step 3
Axaipay Team will investigate the case reported and will revert the result of the investigation within 5 working days.

If your claim is successful, Axaipay will provide full refund to you.
