Intermediate Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Spring Framework, JSP, ReactJS, and potentially Angular.

  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with front-end applications.

  • Must have discipline in writing code.

  • Collaborate with other developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products on time.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Head of Operations and Risk

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the merchant services team to provide timely and efficient resolutions for merchant inquiries and issues.

  • Develop and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high levels of merchant satisfaction.

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely operational and financial reports.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.

  • Streamline the merchant onboarding process to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding workflows and reduce turnaround time.

  • Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) guidelines.

  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.

  • Supervise the KYC process to ensure accurate and thorough vetting of merchants.

  • Implement best practices for maintaining the integrity of merchant databases.

  • Design and implement fraud detection mechanisms to safeguard the organization and its merchants.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified risks.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across operations and risk functions.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, sales, and technology, to align operational and risk strategies with business goals.

  • Identify areas for process improvements and introduce innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in operations and risk management, preferably in the payment or financial services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, risk management frameworks, and operational best practices.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Digital Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Axaipay's products and services.

  • Create content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and more, to engage with target audiences.

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with business goals and generate quality leads.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Manage the company’s social media accounts and online presence to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics to optimize strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging and a unified brand experience.

  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase Axaipay’s offerings.

  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or technology sectors. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Simplified Chinese will be an added advantage.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and campaign management software.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as EngineMailer, Mailchimp, etc.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.

  • Familiarity with fintech or payment solutions will be a plus.

E-Payment Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and recommending Axaipay's solutions.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and features of Axaipay's digital payment solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and initiatives aimed at expanding market reach.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and to position Axaipay effectively.

  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and account management metrics.

  • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration of Axaipay’s solutions into their operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, digital payments, e-commerce, or a related industry. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

  • Strong understanding of digital payment solutions, e-commerce, and emerging fintech trends.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical information to a non-technical audience.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.

Requirements:

  • Good command in English. Knowing Mandarin will be an advantage.
