Junior Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Spring Framework, JSP, ReactJS, and potentially Angular.

  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with front-end applications.

  • Must have discipline in writing code.

  • Collaborate with other developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products on time.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.​​

Requirements:

Compliance Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Support the review and updating of compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.

  • Support the preparation of regulatory reports and internal compliance reports.

  • Assist in compliance training sessions and awareness programs for staff.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of compliance requirements.

  • Perform administrative tasks related to compliance operations.

  • Undertake other compliance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or related fields preferred (fresh graduates with strong academic background and interest in compliance are encouraged to apply).

  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services or fintech industry (e.g., AML/CFT, data protection, BNM guidelines) is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Comfortable in a startup setting with minimal supervision

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Axaipay's products and services.

  • Create content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and more, to engage with target audiences.

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with business goals and generate quality leads.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Manage the company’s social media accounts and online presence to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics to optimize strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging and a unified brand experience.

  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase Axaipay’s offerings.

  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or technology sectors. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Simplified Chinese will be an added advantage.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and campaign management software.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as EngineMailer, Mailchimp, etc.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.

  • Familiarity with fintech or payment solutions will be a plus.

Merchant Services Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (merchants and partners) through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat).

  • Act as a point of contact for merchant inquiries, issues, and escalations.

  • Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.

  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.

  • Continuously identify work process improvements.

  • Communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Department Head.

  • Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.

  • Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

  • Provide ongoing training and resources to merchants on using the company’s solutions.

Requirements:

  • SPM, STPM, Foundation, Diploma or Degree in any field.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Have an excellent command of spoken and written English. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred.

  • Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.

  • Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.

  • Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.

  • Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment.

  • Willing to work in shift rotations to ensure we have 24/7 service levels (rotate once a month)

Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong leadership potential with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital tools is an advantage.

  • Passionate about pursuing a career in fintech, digital banking, or payment solutions.

Requirements:

  • Educational background – studying (i) Computer Science, (ii) Marketing, (iii) Business Administrations (iv) Cybersecurity, (v) Data Analysis, (vi) Accounting and (vii) Artificial Intelligence related diploma or degree.

  • Good command in English. Knowing Mandarin will be an advantage.
