Fraud Prevention

To help merchants mitigate risk, Axaipay works on two-tier fraud prevention mechanism.

 

Axaipay has built its own fraud prevention engine with built-in fraud rules to filter non genuine transactions automatically. Lastly, manual review will be conducted by Axaipay Fraud Unit on transactions which has passed through the fraud prevention engine successfully, to identify any potential fraud that causing losses to the merchants.
